Who we are
Pup Daybook is run by Romano Silverio Marco, sole proprietor, Piazza Caduti, 08048 Tortolì (NU), Italy. VAT number IT01705730917. Email: support@pupdaybook.com.
What you buy
Pup Daybook is digital content: PDF files, a spreadsheet and, with the Premium plan, audio files and their transcripts, as described on our page at the time of your purchase. Nothing physical is shipped.
How the sale works
Checkout is provided by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments. Your order is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends you the receipt. Link's own terms apply to the payment (https://link.com/terms). Prices are in US dollars; Link may show you the price in your local currency. The charge on your card statement starts with "LINK.COM*".
Delivery
Right after payment you get your download links on the confirmation page, and we also send them to the email you used at checkout. The link in that email opens your order page again whenever you need it; each download link on the page works for 24 hours and a fresh one is created every time you open the page. If something doesn't work, write to support@pupdaybook.com.
What you may do with the files
You may use Pup Daybook for yourself and your household, and print as many copies as you need at home. Please don't resell, share publicly, upload or otherwise distribute the files or parts of them.
Not veterinary advice
Pup Daybook is a training and routine plan based on reward-based methods. It is not veterinary advice. Questions about health, vaccines, diet or medication belong to your vet, and every puppy is different, so we can't promise specific results.
Refunds and withdrawal

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. Apart from those rights, and to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
