14-day refund, no questions asked

If Pup Daybook isn't right for you, write to support@pupdaybook.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you used at checkout or with your order details, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Downloading the files doesn't affect this.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe and Link. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. After a refund, please delete the files.

Files that don't work

If a file doesn't open, is incomplete or isn't what we described, tell us at any time: we'll send a working file or refund you. These legal rights are not limited to the 14 days above.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days, and our refund above covers it. To use it, send us a clear statement, for example:

"To Pup Daybook, Romano Silverio Marco, Piazza Caduti, 08048 Tortolì (NU), Italy, support@pupdaybook.com: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following digital content: [plan], ordered on [date], name [your name], email used for the order [email], date [today's date]."
